 In-person coaching

Stacy offers several programs that fit different personal needs for a variety of budgets. These programs include a training app with weekly workout regimens, videos of all assigned exercises, specific cardio routines, and stretch and foam rolling regimens so that you always know what to do to meet your goals.
Stacy offers 30 minute sessions, 60 minute sessions, and 90 minute groups.

When you sign up to work with Stacy, you receive:

FitFx Global Training app
- Customized training plan and cardio workouts
- Easy to follow videos of each exercise prescribed
- Ability to track workouts, and upload photos, notes, and body stats.

Nutrition app
- Customized nutrition plan: know what, when, and how much to eat and learn to exchange foods for variety within your macros
- Grocery lists

Weekly check ins via messenger on our training app

Monthly 1:1
- Success call with me to ensure that you have the constant accountability and support you need to succeed in reaching your goals!
