Stacy has coached literally hundreds of military service men and women to successfully max their PT or ACFT test while getting their weight and body fat down to meet standards. The programs are designed to not just specifically meet the requirements for each branch’s physical readiness tests but vastly improve each individual’s overall health and fitness level.
Many continue to work with Stacy in order to be at the top of their military specialty with regard to physical fitness. Stacy also coaches Law Enforcement and Firefighters to exceed the expectations of their physical fitness testing.
